About the role
- This role will primarily focus on Reporting and Communications.
- The creation, management, and delivery of presentations that inform strategic decision-making at the executive level, including reporting to the Board of Directors.
- The position requires exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Synthesize and present on relevant information to support decision-making and drive strategy, including creating succinct and visually impactful briefing materials for executive presentations

Requirements
- 8-10 years of related experience
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to take on new responsibilities as required by the business
- College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of mortgage business
- Confidence in advising colleagues and processing feedback from senior management and diverse audiences
- Highly proficient in use of MS software with ability to create materials for an executive audience
Nice to have
- College Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation
- This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $119,000 - $179,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
