About the role

  • This full-time, on-site HR Generalist role is hiring immediately and is ideal for a human resources professional experienced in employee relations, HR compliance, and workplace investigations within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct and lead HR investigations from intake through resolution, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
  • Support administration and resolution of workers' compensation claims
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees and leadership on HR policies and performance management
  • Maintain personnel records; scanning, indexing and reviewing files.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative support

Requirements

Nice to have

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel, or timeshare industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO)
  • Experience conducting employee relations investigations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
