Gersh Autism is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team.

Provide high quality ABA services to families and children by implementing individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Be the Best in Best Practice!
Initial and ongoing training is provided to help you develop and refine your clinical practice as a Registered Behavior Technician.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, encouraging their academic, social, and behavioral growth.
Support students during classroom activities, field trips, and other school-related events.
Implement strategies and techniques from students' behavior intervention plan that encourages self-regulation so children are available to learn.
Collect and document data on student performance, behavior, and progress toward goals.
Our dedicated team collaborates with families to ensure academic, social, and emotional growth, preparing students for success beyond the classroom.

As a Certified Behavior Technician, you will work directly with students, providing support in both academic and behavioral settings, helping them achieve their individualized goals.

Must be able to keep students safe from themselves and others and, in some cases, may need to implement CPI (therapeutic holds) procedures.
Must be able to remove oneself from potentially harmful situations and, in some cases, be able to lift a child.
Behavior Technician- $24 Certified Behavior Technician (must have current certification)- $26 Registered Behavior Technician (must have current certification)- $27
Must have a current CBT certification for this position.

$2,500 sign on bonus! *Please note, this is a year-round school program.
Gersh Caregiver Advocacy Resources Education and Support (Gersh C.A.R.E.S) provides our families with regular, interactive lectures and hands on parent education (in 1:1 and monthly group structure).
Under the direct supervision of a BCBA, Clinical Supervisor, participate in parent education groups to truly improve the quality of life for our families!
Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism.
Support students by preparing them and materials to work and to leave for the day with appropriate clothing, devices and work.
Collaborate with the teaching team and behavioral specialists to create a positive and structured learning environment.
