- Zoetis Canada is looking for a Field Service Specialist responsible for managing the Hatchery In Ovo Process which will be accomplished through execution of our Best-in-Class Customer Service Programs.
Responsibilities
- Providing electrical/mechanical support and perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Being available for afterhours support and repairs 24/7.
Nice to have
- 5 years of related experience.
- Strong electrical / mechanical aptitude
- Proficient organizational skills
- Self-motivator and self-starter
- Strong critical thinking problem solving, judgment, and initiative
- Effective communication skills are necessary to interact directly with multiple levels of customer management
- Basic computer skills using Word / Excel / and Outlook and basic PLC skills
- Ability to travel 60 to 80% of the time
Compensation
- $68,000 - $80,000
- This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
