About the role
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role ideal for individuals looking to add supplemental, low-complexity work to their schedule.
- Installers set their availability and capacity in advance.
- Contractors may need to carry and handle lightweight equipment (typically under 10-15 pounds) and work in a variety of home environments.
Requirements
- installers are responsible for coordinating appointments directly with members/caregivers and completing work within required timeframes (SLA-driven).
Nice to have
- Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients
- Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes
- Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance

- Obtain appropriate signatures via Docusign on all required paperwork during installation appointments
- Adherent to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements and company policies during installations
- Must have a vehicle and provide valid driver's license, registration and auto insurance documentation
- Willing to complete background checks and training
