About the role
- Come and join our rapidly growing Customer Success Engineering team!
- As a Solutions Architect, you will help us ensure the success of Redpanda customers.
- This could range from running workshops with customers to getting them up and running on Redpanda products, and/or helping to architect a full end-to-end data streaming system with Redpanda as the core solution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Redpanda product management, engineering, and support teams to solve customer challenges and improve customer experience
- Design and implement production-ready streaming architectures that solve customer business problems and meet their performance, reliability, and scalability requirements
- An Understanding of the fundamentals of high availability and disaster recovery and are able to design HA/DR solutions to meet customer needs and constraints
Requirements
- Experience with creating blog content and/or documentation on the production use cases and solutions
- Knowledge of different cloud vendors ( AWS, GCP and Azure)
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes or Ansible a plus
Skills
- 7+ years of prior experience in a customer facing role working hands on with distributed systems technologies similar to Redpanda
- Passion for working on complex technical problems and have a strong understanding of modern data infrastructures and streaming technologies

- As a remote-first company, we strive to consider each candidate's job-related skills, location, experience, relevant education or training to determine individual base salary.
Benefits
- U.S. base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $206,000, not including bonus and/or commission.

- Work alongside the Customer Success team to onboard new customers and work with existing customers to drive their success and excellence
