About the role

We help ambitious brands harness the power of culture to solve their biggest challenges.
Please note that this role demands four days in the office and one day remote.

Lead the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks across a portfolio of client accounts
Build and maintain dashboards to meet multiple client team needs
Lead development and ensure accuracy of on-going performance marketing reports
Ability to research and drive initiatives independently with a strong sense of discipline and responsibility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
Have a curious mind and a passion for understanding what drives consumers & culture

4+ years of experience in digital media analytics, insights, or marketing science
Experience evaluating creative and campaign performance against audience data
Experience working with media performance and analytics platforms
Experience identifying KPIs and measuring marketing effectiveness
Experience with social data tools (e.g., Brandwatch)

Experience presenting findings to clients or senior stakeholders
Creative thinking in data collection, manipulation, and application
Track record of cross-functional collaboration (strategy, media/sales, creative)
Experience conducting ethnographies or qualitative consumer research
Demonstrated cultural fluency and experience generating insights that authentically reflect African American consumer behaviors, values, and cultural influence

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.

As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
