About the role
- This role combines strategic thinking with advanced executional expertise, ensuring the delivery of compelling, high-performing creative assets that align with brand standards and business objectives.
- This position requires a designer with a strong background in performance-driven marketing creative, as well as demonstrated experience utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows and visual output.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Designer who will lead the design of integrated marketing and product launch campaigns across digital channels.
- Expertise in motion graphics and 3D design is essential.
- 6-10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative services
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design, image/video tools, workflow automation)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization principles
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
Nice to have
- Experience in product marketing, e-commerce, or high-volume digital environments
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analytics
- Experience working within established brand systems and scaling creative across multiple audiences or regions
