About the role

Tilt is an AI-native lender moving quickly from early experimentation to full integration across our global functions.

Design Tilt's future operating systems: Partner with senior leaders to diagnose current pain points and co-design AI-first processes and systems that scale with the business.
Drive measurable outcomes: Deliver technical and analytical projects that unlock speed, reduce manual effort, and increase team capacity.
Lead proof-of-concepts: Prototype and validate redesigned processes using tools like Claude, N8N, and custom GPTs/skills.
Enable technical transformation: Collaborate with data and engineering partners to ensure our infrastructure supports demand for agentic capabilities.
Hands-on experience building or deploying workflow automations, agents, or custom skills.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
Systems thinker with a bias for execution - able to connect people, process, and technology to deliver impact.

8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations - ideally in high-growth or complex environments as a founder or founding/early hire
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows.
Strong technical literacy with mainstream and cutting edge AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Claude Code/Codex/Gemini, N8N, OpenClaw, Replit).
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.)
(Preferred) Familiarity with data architecture, integration principles, and enablement/upskilling initiatives in AI-driven environments.

Convert proof-of-concept learnings into scalable frameworks and playbooks that can be applied across functions.
