Responsibilities
- Develop reporting requirements and customizations in those reports.
- Performs miscellaneous duties and projects. This includes involvement in presentations at client functions and meetings.
- Able to perform all Senior Analyst Tasks
Requirements
- Recruiting Vendors must have a valid written agreement and received prior written authorization from an authorized Brown & Brown representative before submitting candidates for any publicly posted role.
Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability from industry experience
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
- Strong knowledge of and relationship with vendors
- Microsoft Excel - Strong to expert level skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of and relationships with vendors

- Utilizes industry knowledge and expertise to retain clients by providing financial, industry trends, and strategic insights guiding clients through impactful benefit changes.
- Independently evaluates financial and utilization metrics for clients including but not limited to monthly financial reports, utilization metrics and benchmarks as well as assist in negotiating renewal proposals and preparing and recommending plan changes and/or alternative funding recommendations.
