About the role

  • This position provides general operational supervision under the direction of the director/manager to assigned personnel.
  • Responsible for organizing, directing and controlling workflow aspects of the section in order to improves processes to provide high quality and cost effective services.

  • We are looking for an experienced technical leader to provide direction and oversight and support to our excellent clinical laboratory staff.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years' training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.

Nice to have

  • MLS or Specialty Certification.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience.

Compensation

  • $39.32 - $65.54 / hourSonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) is committed to pay equity and transparency.
  • Actual pay determined at offer will be based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location, along with a review of current employees in similar roles to ensure pay equity is achieved and maintained.
