About the role
- Job Description: Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for maintaining operational excellence in a warehouse environment?
- As a Warehouse Supervisor at Alliance Ground International (AGI), you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
- This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and ensure the smooth handling of cargo.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Attend training courses as required by AGI.
- additional education or certifications in logistics preferred.
- If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools.
