About the role

  • We are a staffing and recruiting company specializing in hiring for manufacturing and industrial roles across the country for contract or project roles, as well as contract-to-hire and permanent roles.
  • Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility to convert depending on performance)

  • Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
  • Maintain equipment in good condition

Requirements

  • A higher degree from a technical school will be appreciated
  • 0-2 years of assembly experience
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
  • You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an assembler
  • Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings, etc.
  • Ability in using tools (e.g., clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)
  • Good understanding of quality control principles
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
  • Shift: Mandatory Saturdays included
  • 1st shift: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
  • 2nd shift: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
  • 3rd shift: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am

Compensation

  • $16.50 - $17.50/HR (Depending on shift)
