About the role
- This individual will be responsible for Accessories and ensure products are executed to the standards of Kith.
Responsibilities
- Create buy sheets.
- Communicate PPS arrivals to our design team / ensure they commented on in a timely manner to follow the calendar.
- Create cost sheets in our PLM system once confirmed by the Production Manager.
- Position Summary: The Production Associate will support the Accessories team by owning the production life cycle of designated product categories/factories that include soft Accessories and Lifestyle goods for Women's, Men's and Kid's.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, testing standards, logistics, and garment construction.
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems, including data maintenance, tracking, and data entry.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product development, accessories, apparel, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in accessories and/or lifestyle categories is a plus.
Compensation
- $60,000 - $75,000 annually
- Work with your production counterpart to order bulk trim (when necessary) in order to consolidate amongst all factories on either a seasonal or annual basis.
