About the role

  • In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of work.
  • The Maintenance Planner plays a key role in improving equipment reliability and workforce productivity by preparing complete work packages-including job plans, materials, tools, and documentation-allowing technicians to focus on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain job plans and work instructions in SAP/CMMS.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to define job scope.
  • Conduct field walkdowns to validate scope, materials, and tasks.
  • Maintain and improve job plan libraries for recurring work.
  • Maintain accurate asset, BOM, and maintenance data in SAP/CMMS.
  • Intensive on-the-job training with expert colleagues guarantees you will quickly become familiar with your duties and perform them independently.
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Planner to support our maintenance and reliability team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Pipefitter experience is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance on a routine basis.
  • Able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to handle potential allergens.
