Operation of machinery is used to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens used in the screen-printing process.
Our 3,000 BSN SPORTS employees strive to support the Heart of the Game by putting valuable time back into the day of coaches and administrators through excellent service platforms.

HS Diploma or GED (required)

Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
Learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
Previous warehouse experience is a bonus

Familiarity with screen printing machines and software.
Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching.
Ability to stand for long periods of time with repetitive body movements and lifting of no less than 15 lbs.
Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
Candidates are required to see and differentiate colors for accuracy in inspecting the product during and after being processed

Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week.
Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.
Peak Season (July-December) Requirements
Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.
