Requirements
- Required Experience
- Eight years of progressively responsible leadership experience with significant responsibility for business operations, continuous improvement, quality assurance, or institutional effectiveness.
- Experience in managing a public facing business providing goods and services directly to end consumers
- Experience in managing third party vendor relationships
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in high‑risk, high‑impact business and contractual decisions.
- Skilled at strategic planning with the ability to align business operations and quality outcomes to institutional mission
- Skilled in analytical problem‑solving, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulatory requirements
