About the role
- The position is located in the Office of the Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy, Office of the Executive Director, Human Resources Management Division (R/EX/HR).
- The duties are similar to those of the target Program Analyst, GS-0343-13.
Requirements
- Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F.
- Experience analyzing and evaluating programs, policies, and operational processes to identify issues, assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Experience interpreting and applying regulations, policies, and guidance while providing advisory services and technical guidance to managers and employees.
- Applicants must meet all the required qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
- Experience providing guidance and advisory services to managers and employees on HR program requirements and processes.
