- Provide direct clinical, consultation, and counseling services in accordance with policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-release planning, quality assurance activities, and provide training and consultation to staff.
Requirements
- Complete required clinical documentation and document services in CorEMR as appropriate.

- The position completes clinical documentation, supports pre-release planning for CalAIM-eligible individuals, and provides training, consultation, and information to facility staff as required.

- How you make a difference The Mental Health Professional provides direct clinical services to persons served under the direction of clinical leadership.
- The role conducts mental health screenings and assessments, completes treatment plans, and delivers individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services.
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments and complete treatment plans, including ASAM tools when needed.
- Qualifications & Requirements Education Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related mental health discipline Experience One (1) or more years of experience preferred.
