Responsibilities
- Lead team(s) of talented software developers in building applications and platforms using modern Typescript, React, NodeJS,.NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS technologies.
- Manage and coordinate projects within teams and across departments. Act as a player coach.
- Apply sound quality management methods, tools and techniques to create and support defect-free application software that meets the needs of the organization
- A demonstrable track record of building and launching successful products

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college
- Full stack development experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience using Typescript, Elastic, C#, SQL Server, and AWS technologies
- Proficiency in Continuous Delivery best practices
- Understanding AI technologies and has hands on experience in AI adoption and development.
- Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers and senior management)
- Track record of commitment to prior employers
Nice to have
- Experience leading products throughout the software development life cycle
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React

Compensation
- $216,000.00-$261,000.00 Annually
