About the role

  • The position is located at NK Architects New Jersey Office, 95 Washington Street, NJ, 07960.
  • This is currently a hybrid position with the opportunity to work both in office as well as remotely and could be subject to change.
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Apply sound architectural and design techniques, methodology and principals to all work product
  • Liaise as needed with external consultants and engineers and be able to incorporate engineering specifications with architectural design
  • Develop programming documentation and preliminary designs as needed
  • Self-motivated and energetic leader who can collaborate and work closely with others

Requirements

  • Site visits required within tri-state area
  • All candidates applying must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • BArch, MArch or equivalent degree from an accredited U.S. Architecture School
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
  • Required Skills/Abilities
  • Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit
  • Must be versed in Microsoft Office, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
