Rite-Hite is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our Horn Lake, MS manufacturing facility.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Analyzes all types of circuits and wiring diagrams to design, test, service, install, dismantle, repair, adjust, calibrate all types of electronic devices and systems, electronic computing and control systems, power distribution control equipment, measuring, recording, processing, and control devices, indicating devices, and instruments.
Repairs or adjusts equipment such as main motor drives, generators, control panels, relays, switchboards, circuit breakers, lighting circuits, resistors.
Performs general preventative equipment maintenance.
Supports predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
Answers support calls and assists with maintenance projects as needed.
In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems and manufacturing equipment while supporting preventive maintenance efforts to maximize equipment reliability, minimize production downtime, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Forklift license is required
Must be available to respond to urgent situations, including working beyond scheduled hours (evenings and weekends as needed).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand
The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
Must be an adept and experienced problem solver that can determine root cause of technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Must have general understanding of quality systems, welding/metal fabrication, tooling/fixturing, manufacturing processes, and maintenance operations.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma desirable.
