About the role

  • Harris Corporate IT is looking for an Integration Specialist.
  • In this role, you will work with numerous teams throughout Harris to integrate an acquired company's computer systems, applications, and networks with Harris' existing network infrastructure.
  • You will be an essential member of the Harris Integrations team, focused on projects that combine both technical insight and project management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans for IT integration initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, or an associated discipline, or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within IT, preferably in Help Desk, Systems Administration, or Network Administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A working knowledge of, or demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and relevant tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Active Directory (specifically around User objects management and creation).
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, ConnectWise).

Skills

  • Provide hands-on technical assistance to users at acquired companies throughout the integration process.
  • Troubleshoot network, identity, and application issues arising during integrations.
  • Apply sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and technologies to achieve integration objectives.

Compensation

  • The potential salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with eligibility for bonus or merit program.
  • Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
