About the role
- Harris Corporate IT is looking for an Integration Specialist.
- In this role, you will work with numerous teams throughout Harris to integrate an acquired company's computer systems, applications, and networks with Harris' existing network infrastructure.
- You will be an essential member of the Harris Integrations team, focused on projects that combine both technical insight and project management best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans for IT integration initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Perform integration and acceptance testing

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, or an associated discipline, or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience within IT, preferably in Help Desk, Systems Administration, or Network Administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A working knowledge of, or demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and relevant tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Active Directory (specifically around User objects management and creation).
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, ConnectWise).
Skills
- Provide hands-on technical assistance to users at acquired companies throughout the integration process.
- Troubleshoot network, identity, and application issues arising during integrations.
- Apply sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and technologies to achieve integration objectives.
Compensation
- The potential salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with eligibility for bonus or merit program.
- Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
