About the role
- The Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Outreach (internally: Pharmacist, Pharmacy Outreach) is responsible for optimizing patient outcomes through telephonic interventions.
- This role focuses on the tactical execution of medication management services, including polypharmacy, adherence, and pharmacotherapy optimization.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely from anywhere within the US, across all US time zones.
