About the role

The Well-being Coach utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to engage and promote members in decisions related to achieving and maintaining their optimal well-being.
The role also includes assessing a member's appropriateness for coaching and coordination into other levels of care and/or resources as needed.

Additionally, the Well-being Coach develops and monitors established plans of care, in collaboration with the member, in order to meet the member's goals.

Previous experience across the six dimensions of well-being including physical, emotional, social, financial, purpose and character strengths.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, problem solve, and work effectively with people, as well as use good judgment in challenging situations.
Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change.
Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
Background in motivational interviewing, active listening skills, Transtheoretical Model, and mindfulness-based and other evidence-based coaching techniques.
Experience using video platforms or virtual calls (e.g. Five9, Microsoft Teams, or proprietary systems) in member-facing roles.
Experience in virtual work environment alongside experience in navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking. must be willing and able to pass a language assessment if so.

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
