Responsibilities
- In this role, in partnership with our HRIS and IT teams, you will help drive the People Analytics and Workday roadmap end‑to‑end from design and build to analytics, deployment, adoption, enablement and continuous enhancement.
- You will deliver actionable analytics that enable People team and leadership to make data‑driven decisions with precision.
- You will partner with IT, Legal, Security, Finance, and the broader People Team to ensure our systems support scale and global readiness.
- Roadmap & Enablement: Partner with People leaders to shape the People Systems and Analytics roadmap and ensure Workday/Fabric and connected tools (ServiceNow, Culture Amp, etc.) deliver scalable, employee centric workflows.
- Translate business needs into efficient processes and drive strong adoption and continuous improvement across the HR tech ecosystem.
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness so leaders can confidently support compliance, workforce planning, and data‑driven decisions.
- Actionable Insights: Design, maintain and enhance Fabric dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning, leadership reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Strategic Metrics: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle to drive data-driven People strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, HRIS, IT, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and build necessary reports and dashboards.

Requirements
- Lead other projects as required.
- 6+ years of experience in HRIS/People Systems with deep, hands‑on Workday analytics expertise (dashboards, embedded analytics).
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric highly desired.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or high growth tech is strongly preferred.
- Experience with systems such as ServiceNow and CultureAmp is a plus.
- Workday certification(s), and/or data privacy certifications preferred.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
