Responsibilities
- You will work closely with HR, IT, Security, and Facilities to support smooth office operations, manage vendor relationships, and help build a culture where people feel genuinely supported at work.
- Maintain meeting room cleanliness and readiness throughout the day.
- Partner with the Regional Workplace Lead to develop, maintain, and activate site-specific Emergency Action Plans.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including coordination with HR, IT, and Security.
- Coordinate office reorganizations and moves in partnership with the Regional Workplace Lead and other Workplace Coordinators.
- Support internal communications about operational changes, events, and workflow updates.

Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience using ticketing software such as Jira, Freshservice, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- In-office presence five days a week is required to deliver the optimal workplace experience.
Nice to have
- Workplace or facilities experience in a startup setting is a plus.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $73,000 - $95,000 per year.
