- This is a 2nd Shift opportunity offering a starting wage of $22.00 per hour, plus a shift differential of up to $2.00 per hour, providing potential earnings of up to $24.00 per hour.
- Operate Shuster forming machinery to meet daily production schedules and customer requirements.
- Load raw materials and monitor production runs to ensure efficiency and product quality.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and proactively identify and report potential hazards.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operating, metal forming, or production experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
- Strong mechanical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Abilities to Meet the Physical and Environmental Demands
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.
