About the role
- A SENIOR FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST assists the Food Services Manager in planning menus and is also responsible for the preparation of meals and directing workflow in the Food Services Department.
- Responsible for cooking and preparing meals for the 3rd shift
- Responsible for getting the meat orders for 2nd and 3rd
Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch for extended periods of time
