Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience with J2EE frameworks (e.g. Spring, JSF) or ORM tools (e.g. Hibernate)
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience using Java development tools (e.g. Eclipse, JUnit, Subversion)
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience to include planning and directing the work of others and/or designing technology solutions implemented by others
  • Experience with rules platform and rules maintenance architecturesExperience with Rules Package solutions (Blaze or iLog) or Open Source Rules Engine (i.e. Drools)
  • Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident with 5 years of residency and haven't traveled out of country for more than 6 months (except for business).

Skills

  • Experience with Java Application Servers (WebSphere or WebLogic)or Open Source Application Servers (i.e. JBoss)
  • Architecture design experience and design patterns
  • Performance testing
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
