As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers,
Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
Manage and staff the operations assigned.
Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives.

At least 3 years of experience in the related field preferably Director or VP level specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
Must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and must have strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills.
Proven ability to scale operations, and strong experience at employee retention.
New Braunfels - San Antonio is required.

$117,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year. Pay Transparency Statement:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations.

Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.
