About the role
- We're hiring an early-career Physician to provide gynecology-focused, whole-person outpatient care at our Studio City clinic.
- You'll provide care across preventive visits, primary care, reproductive health, gynecology follow-ups, lab reviews, care plan generation, and common problem-based visits.
- Built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated weekly management time aligned across markets
Responsibilities
- Use technology, data, and clinical protocols to support evidence-based care, efficient documentation, and high-quality patient outcomes.
- Actively engage in mentorship, training, case review, and feedback to build confidence and expand your clinical scope over time.
Compensation
- Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency.
- for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
- The expected base salary range for this role is $220,000 to $240,000 depending on level and experience.
- Deliver preventive care, annual exams, primary care visits, gynecology visits, reproductive health counseling, lab review, care plan generation, and follow-up care.

- Conduct mental health screenings and follow-up within scope, including anxiety, depression, mood, stress, and sleep-related concerns.
- Support patients through menopause and perimenopause assessment and follow-up, sexual wellness concerns, and other women's health needs.
- Partner closely with physicians, APPs, RNs, behavioral health providers, clinic operations, and clinical leadership to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Active California Medical License, or in process.
