Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP, Investor Relations, CFO, and broader leadership team to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with sell side analysts and buy side investors.
- Develop a deep understanding of analyst and investor perceptions of Circle, synthesizing market feedback to inform messaging and engagement strategy Maintaining and enhancing Circle's own valuation models.
- Develop strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational and financial developments at Circle, as well as the evolving financial services, digital assets, and regulatory landscape.
- Support the development of Circle's ongoing investment narrative and the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, conference presentations, management briefings and other relevant public company communications.
- Own earnings process logistics, ensuring seamless coordination internally, with external vendors, and across our investment community.
- Leading the continued development of investor relations reporting infrastructure Build cross-functional relationships across Communications, Strategy/Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product and other teams whose work informs Circle's external positioning and investor narrative.
