Showroom Experience Assistant (Part-Time) - San Antonio, TX As a Showroom Experience Assistant at Brilliant Earth, you will play a key role in creating an elevated, seamless experience for every guest who visits our showroom.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a polished, organized and welcoming space.
The ideal candidate will be able to work a part-time schedule that includes weekend days.

Support showroom events and special appointments, including set up and clean up.
Maintain luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including cleaning display cases and proactively restocking supplies and tools.
Manage ordering and inventory of supplies and tools for showroom presentation standards and hospitality processes.
A drive to exceed goals. You love a good challenge! You're a self-proclaimed "over-achiever" on a mission to exceed your sales targets.
