About the role
- In this role, you will assist in overseeing the day to day operations of one of Passport's processing centers
- ensuring shipments are received, processed, sorted, and dispatched quickly and accurately to provide the best service possible to our customers.
- Keep daily operations on track by supporting the processing center team with organization, coordination, and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Our extensive network, in-house team of logistics and ecommerce experts, integrations with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms, and user-friendly portal make us the trusted partner for growth-focused brands looking to expand internationally and create seamless cross-border experiences.
- Support the processing center team by facilitating daily operations, providing direction, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Step in as a backup lead when needed-offering clear direction and support during manager absences or vacations.
Requirements
- You have many of the following…
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), dispatch software, and basic office software (MS Office).
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Conversational Spanish is a plus!
