About the role
- Ensure each inventory location is clearly labeled with legible bin location and part number tags
- Pull, package, and ship inventory transfers to other Cryoport locations as requested
- Transfer inventory from receiving to inspection locations, ensuring both system transactions and physical placement are accurate
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Procurement Team to manage desired inventory levels, proactively communicating shortages or overstock situations to optimize space utilization and stocking strategies
- Support work orders for assembly parts, including issuing and receiving transactions
- Perform the duties of a Logistics Center Technician as needed to support operational requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in inventory control
- Experience in NetSuite or similar inventory systems
- Perform monthly physical inventory counts, as required, and report results to the Procurement Team
- Complete all required inventory system transactions when transferring inventory or stocking shipping stations to ensure accurate inventory records in NetSuite
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to prioritize
Skills
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Solid data entry skills in Excel and ERP systems
Compensation
- Up to $28/hr depending on experience + benefits + 401k + stock
