  • Depending on the day, season, and assignment, the work may include:
  • Lawn care and routine property maintenance
  • Landscaping, seasonal cleanups, property upkeep & snow removal
  • Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment
  • Operating basic tools and machinery (training provided)
  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Representing the Halftime Help brand on customer

Compensation

  • The compensation range listed reflects compensation potential, based on current pay rates and role structures.
  • Increased pay is earned through demonstrated performance, reliability, skill development, and growth into higher-responsibility and leadership roles.
  • All teammates are hired into the Rookie role at $16 per hour.
  • Increased pay is earned as teammates progress through defined roles and demonstrate readiness for additional responsibility.
