About the role

  • The Employee Experience Specialist is the on-the-ground heartbeat of our Somerville office, owning the programs, moments, and logistics that make Form a place where people feel welcome, celebrated, and connected to something bigger than themselves.
  • You'll be the face of the Somerville employee experience as part of a four-person team that collectively covers all three of Form's sites and 800+ employees.

Responsibilities

  • Support weekly Monday standup content curation and slide production - sourcing updates, assembling the deck, and ensuring accuracy before each meeting

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in employee experience, HR coordination, event planning, office management, or a closely related role
  • Quick to learn new tools; experience with HR or workplace platforms (Enboarder, Slack, Oracle, ADP, Google Workspace) is a plus
