About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing and analyzing steel connections, committed to continuous learning, and eager to contribute to exciting projects that make a real impact.

Primary responsibilities will include structural analysis for delegated steel connection design projects.
Typical projects would consist of steel connection design, miscellaneous steel design, and erection engineering.
Review 3-D BIM models to aid in building design, connection design and shop drawing reviews.
Maintain oversight of project schedules, resource planning and mitigation for all connection engineering tasks.
Collaborate with project managers, detailers, fabricators and erectors to ensure seamless project executions and timely delivery.
Receive support for relocation expenses if moving to the Nashville or St.

Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
3+ years of structural engineering experience.
Excellent communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
PE certification.
An advanced understanding of relevant building codes, materials, and standards.
Enthusiasm and desire to succeed and develop technical skills.
Passion for steel design and growing professional knowledge and skills in steel construction.
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a diverse and talented team of professionals who are passionate about what they do.

Master's degree in civil or structural engineering is a plus.
Software skills with any of the following are a plus: Ram Connection, RISA Connection, Excel, Idea Statica, BlueBeam, Trimble Connect and Revit.
