About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents that solve real business problems. You will design, build, and deploy agents across Snowflake functions - from automating executive reporting to creating tools that help sales, marketing, and engineering teams work at 10x speed.
  • Partner with product teams to shape what gets built.
  • Your day-to-day usage of Snowflake's own AI capabilities will directly inform the product roadmap.
  • Drive transformation one team at a time. Rather than writing strategy decks, you will sit with a team, understand their workflows, and build AI-powered solutions that change how they operate - then move to the next.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team. You will use AI tools to stress-test strategies, surface insights from data, and provide data-backed perspectives in real-time. This is a seat at the table for someone early in their career.
  • Build AI agents that solve real business problems.

  • Demonstrated experience building AI agents - not just using ChatGPT, but designing multi-step agentic workflows, tool-use patterns, and AI pipelines that run autonomously
  • You will be at the center of the AI revolution, helping to steer one of the most important data companies in the world - not from the sidelines, but by building the tools and systems that change how we operate.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or a high-growth environment
  • Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
  • Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and the AI Data Cloud ecosystem
  • You will gain a decade's worth of executive experience in a fraction of the time.
