Provide functional support to EMEA Customs Coordinators in the local country organizations
Monitor changes in customs and international trade regulations and implement appropriate measures
Support Customs CMS/ICS reporting cycles
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and develop business cases
Participate in and lead projects
Implement new authorizations, processes, and IT solutions
Functionally manage customs operations (import, export, transit, and special customs procedures)
Support external customs audits and act as the audit coordinator for customs-related reviews and inspections
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Academic degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a completed vocational qualification with relevant further training in customs and international trade, or comparable qualification
Multiple years of professional experience in customs management with a focus on the EMEA region
In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, trade compliance, and international logistics
Experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Proficiency in customs management software, including SAP GTS, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Office
Business Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills
additional European language skills are an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and effectively apply complex customs regulations
