Responsibilities

  • Partnership & Sponsor Support: Provide administrative support for sponsors and partners, helping to ensure mutual satisfaction while assisting in the delivery, tracking, and reporting of contract deliverables.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage logistical details, ensuring sponsor and partner visibility and recognition across all event communications and materials.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all events and deliverables are executed on time and within budget while regularly updating stakeholders on status and risks.

Requirements

  • What You Bring & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in event planning, project management, or partnership coordination with a proven track record of delivering on commitments.

  • Full-Time role requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event execution, along with the ability to travel as required for events.
