Responsibilities
- You'll develop, deliver, and monitor sales plans while driving new business opportunities and achieving revenue growth targets.
- You'll build and maintain feeder networks, particularly U.S.-based connections with strong European links, to expand market reach.
- You embody integrity, credibility, and commitment to organizational values, while inspiring and motivating others with initiative and drive.
- You are fluent in English and equipped with excellent communication, IT, budgeting, and reporting skills to deliver results.
- Through IQ-EQ Launchpad we support women managers launching their first fund, in an environment where only 15% of all private equity and venture capital firms are gender balanced.

Compensation
- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($150,000 - $180,000).
