Partner with colleagues to ensure appropriate synergy across photo and video production.
Liaise across departments and act as coordinating producer with editorial, design, social, video, web design and production-for Vanity Fair's tentpole and special projects such as Hollywood issue, Oscars, among others.
Manage content production budgets, as assigned,including negotiating rates with outside vendors. Exercise sound judgment in when to escalate to Visuals Director and Deputy Editor.

Experience leading complex, talent based editorial shoots, navigating strong personalities with grace.
Collaborative with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders' inputs, opinions, and decision-making styles.
Ability to travel for various assignments and shoots.

5-7+ years work experience in photo/visual production and photo editing, magazine experience strongly preferred, with a growing book of contacts for agencies, photographers, stylists, studios, etc.
