About the role
- The Hospice Aide provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals receiving end-of-life services in an inpatient hospice setting.
Responsibilities
- Keystone Care is seeking dedicated and caring Caregivers to provide in‑home support for clients in Philadelphia / Montgomery County As a Keystone Care Caregiver, you will be a trusted presence-helping clients live safely, comfortably, and joyfully in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Employees designated in a driver status, traveling from site to site, will be required to maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance at all times.
