About the role

The Event Production intern will assist the Event Production department with back-of-house and front-of-house operations and activities during events in the arena, which includes basketball games, hockey games, concerts, and ancillary events.
Are you passionate about creating memories for fans?

Manage and maintain the arena Event Calendar in collaboration with the Booking department.
Collaborate with the Operations Department to confirm room set ups for meetings, concourse set ups for games, and chair sets for concerts.
Assist with creation of event documentation for various events throughout the building.
Update and document historical event data.

Related internships or experience in venue management, operations or event management.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in a multi-client environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong understanding of MS Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Some AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
