About the role
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution operations.
- Communicate operational risks, opportunities, and business needs to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- The Director Operations is a strategic partner to the Assistant Vice President of Operations and other members of the Leadership team, leading day-to-day distribution center operations and driving operational excellence across inventory management, logistics, compliance and continuous improvement activities focused on food flow to our partners.
- This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant operations that support CFBNJ's strategic plan.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Nice to have
- Cold chain distribution experience preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $86,250-$143,750 The final rate may be influenced by factors such as the position's scope and responsibilities, work experience, training, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
