About the role
- AGent has an immediate opening for a world-class VP of Product & Engineering who is ready to lock arms with our leadership team and take full ownership of both product and engineering.
- This is not a purely technical role - it is a builder's role.
- You will spend as much time understanding customers, shaping the product roadmap, and driving execution as you will overseeing the engineering team that brings it to life.
Responsibilities
- you architect for scale, hold teams to timelines, and make smart build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions; and
- you run tight processes, ship on time, and create the structure and accountability that a fast-moving team needs to perform.
- You inspire the team to build things that are genuinely differentiated - bringing the innovation necessary to turn AGent's unique approach to distributed generation into a platform that stands apart in the market.
Compensation
- $50k-$60k
