About the role
- Kleen Test Products is hiring a Human Resources Assistant with a focus on recruiting administration.
- We're seeking someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing a positive candidate experience.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Washington, WI, with occasional travel to other KTP facilities in Ozaukee County.
Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with day-to-day recruiting and hiring activities.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and hiring documentation.
- Support new hire orientation and first-day readiness.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Provide administrative support for other HR programs and initiatives as needed.
- This role supports key talent acquisition activities including candidate follow-up, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and helping move candidates through the hiring process from application to first day.
- You'll be trusted with sensitive information, expected to maintain strict confidentiality, and serve as a professional ambassador for KTP throughout the hiring process.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, employees, and leaders at all levels.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- What We're Looking For Previous administrative experience required; HR or recruiting support experience preferred.

- Previous administrative experience required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, or onboarding processes is a plus.
