Support daily operations to maintain property standards.
Help manage vendor relationships and service quality.
Support the Community Manager in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Help maintain occupancy goals and track leasing metrics.
Support staff training and team communication.

1-3 years of experience in property management or leasing, preferably in conventional multi-family housing.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
